The issue of farmer's income increase has been the hot spot concerned by the whole society. The middle and west regions of China are the priority areas and the main difficulties to resolve the problem during a quite long period in the future. Based on the elaboration of the farmer's income increase situation in the middle and west regions of China, this paper discusses the ways and latent potentialities to increase farmer's income in the middle and west regions of China, and proposes the policy measures accordingly.
