Economic consequences induced by resettlement are very serious, such as the issues of the farmers who lost land. The main reason lies on the lagging of economic research on resettlement-induced by the project. Based on the reviews of related literatures, from the perspective of resettlement-induced by the project, the paper proposed six potential research topics by issue-oriented methodology. The topics include: interest compensation mechanism or interest equilibrium mechanism designing; relations between resettlement-induced by the project and peasants who lost their land; argument about resettlement, poverty and 'resettlement project'; risk analysis of new and old resettlers; duty and charge research on land acquisition and resettlement; research on land issues in resettlement etc.
