A realistic and serious questions having been put forward through a series of figures: the technical barrier to trade has alreay replaced the anti-dumping measures to become the first non-tariff trade barriers that Chinese foreign trade enterprises face. The paper analysed the content, characteristic of the technical barrier to trade and the influence to our country export. It also studied the reason that the technical barrier to trade influences our country to export, and put forward the policies and measures to the technical barrier to trade of foreign countries in two aspects, from the government to enterprise.
