    摘要:

    本文从高新技术产业集群的关键资源识别出发，研究了资源整合与区域创新系统耦合模式。从资源、政府以及区域创新环境的角度对高新技术产业集群资源整合提升区域创新能力和竞争力提出了对策建议。

    Abstract:

    Starting with identifying the key resources of high-tech industry clusters, the paper researches on the fit model combining with resources united and District Innovation System. Some suggestions on promoting the district innovation competence and competitiveness by resources united are proposed from the perspectives of resources, government and district innovation environment.
