The location of the multinational corporations is inclined to places where foreign investments are relatively agglomerated and then brings into the core-periphery structure in the host country through the mechanism of agglomeration and diffusion. This paper discusses the causes, mechanism and main form of the core-periphery structure. It then parses the core-periphery structure of the Pearl River Delta and Changjiang Delta and brings forward some new trends of the location of the multinational corporations.
