In order to ensure the sustainable, fast and healthy development of Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM) industry, it is extremely significant in theories and practice to research and expedite establishing the strategy for intellectual property rights (IPRs) protection with Chinese characteristics. In allusion to current challenges that IPRs protection of TCM industry is facing, the paper proposes corresponding systemic resolutions in the 21st century.
