Talent-structure adjustment has been an important way of implementing a scientific outlook on development. Making talent-structure adjustment is very important for building a harmonious socialist society, promoting adjustment of the economic structure, improving innovation power of the country. The paper puts forward four principles of talent-structure adjustment and gives some policy suggestions of focusing on constructing talent group.
