With the increasing protection of intellectual property rights in the world, the patent right in particular, enterprises have strengthen the exploitation and management of patent capital. From the point of view of patent licensing sorts and mode, this paper makes a systems analysis on the patent licensing of the foreign company(especially the U.S. company), and analyses emphasis on the mechanism of firm patent licensing behavior. In the end, it presents some canonical countermeasures and suggestions according to the reality of China.
