This paper focuses on the transition from China's bonded zone to free trade zone. From the historical and developmental sight, this paper runs back over the development of China's bonded zone in and discusses the three seedtimes, namely construction and earlier development, fast development, adjustment of strategy and transformation of system. Under these environments, free trade zone is the only way for China's bonded zone. This essay analyzes the guidelines and proposes the strategic stages for transition.
