Based on an econometric analysis of the data obtained from the investigation of farmers' willingness to adopt new technology and the behavior of farmer to participate in technologies training, this paper demonstrates the adoption of agricultural technologies is a gradual modification process. At the same time, the paper mainly examines the relation between adoption willingness and behavior of participating in training. It points out that farmers' character, households' character, technology message are the most important factors influencing farmers' behavior of taking part in technology training. Technology training is the more important factors that influencing farmers' willingness to adopt, and may stimulate farmers' willingness to adopt new technology.
