On the basis of resource advantage of abundant military enterprises in west China, and from the basic theory of coordination development between military enterprises and local economy sets out, the paired research has been done between military enterprises and the local governments in west China. The paper points out the practical problems existing in the development of military enterprises and local economy by statistic analysis method. After analyzing the obstacle factors, this paper offers an effective way to improve the incentive mechanism of coordination development, and finally discusses a way and countermeasure to realize the coordination development between military enterprises and local economy.
