The paper thoroughly discusses the common points and huge differences between the core technology that our scientific and technological communities pay great attention to and the core competence that the economic circles focus on. Then it analyzes the essential reason why the industry, university, research are disjoined. It puts forward the relative countermeasure suggestion that the industry-university -research collaborations should take corporation as the core.
