There are total amount shortage and power grid restriction in China's power industry. It should reform the traditional model, lay emphasis on sustainable development, make development collaborate to environment. The industrial policy and economic industrial structure should adjust to the newly sustainable development model. We should bring the model into the national energy safety strategy, solve the problem of inefficentive exploiting for energy resource, promote national power net, standardize and guild the sustainable development of power industry to support the harmonious progress of economy and society.
