For adapting to the change in market environment and management-science development,we need to construct self-adaptive and benefit-type organization theory of enterprise group to guide practice of our country's enterprise group. In this paper,by designing self-adaptive model and macroscopical model, we systematically demonstrates some methods and thinking manners about enterprise group.
