Cultivated land is the basis of existence and development of human being. Whether it is efficiently protected is directly connected to national food security and society stabilization. The farmers,as the direct user of cultivated land,play an important part in the cultivated land protection,especially in the quality protection. Based on the practically questionnaire survey of 952 peasant households in Jiangxi Province, farmers' feelings among different groups on cultivated land protection are systematically summarized, and relevant countermeasures are put forward according to the analysis of farmers' burden, quantity and quality of cultivated land protection and the classification of different age, cultural level and economical income, so as to improve farmers' initiative on cultivated land protection.
