    摘要:

    近几年我国乳制品产量和人均乳制品消费量均大幅度增长,乳品质量安全逐渐成为人们关注的焦点问题。我国乳业由于技术标准、行业管理制度等尚不完善,市场竞争秩序混乱,乳品安全问题频繁发生。技术标准是保障乳品质量安全的重要技术支撑,我们应当在政府的宏观调控和指导下,完善技术标准体系,保障我国的乳品质量安全。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the output and per capita consumption of China's dairy products have increased greatly, thus quality safety of dairy products is becoming a focus problem gradually. Safety problems have been happened so frequently because of imperfect technological standards, industry management system and confused market competition sequence in dairy industry. Technological standards are the important technical supports to guarantee dairy products' quality safety. We should obey the government's macroscopic regulation and instruction, and improve standards system to guarantee the quality safety of our dairy products.
