Abstract:In recent years, the output and per capita consumption of China's dairy products have increased greatly, thus quality safety of dairy products is becoming a focus problem gradually. Safety problems have been happened so frequently because of imperfect technological standards, industry management system and confused market competition sequence in dairy industry. Technological standards are the important technical supports to guarantee dairy products' quality safety. We should obey the government's macroscopic regulation and instruction, and improve standards system to guarantee the quality safety of our dairy products.
