China has been faced with great challenge of oil security. While developing the alternative fuel, especially biomass fuel, is one of the main self-supporting approaches to ensure Chinese oil security. Based on the analysis of technologies and land resources potential, the article presents a long-term outlook of energy-oriented agriculture, energy-oriented forestry and their 3E(energy, environment and economy) impacts. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
