The Survey of Chinese social public's IP protection awareness is in the form of Internet questionnaire.It focu- ses on Chinese social public's innovation consciousness,cognitive degree of IP,consciousness of IP related rule and eth- ics.Consequently,the survey data is comprehensive and objective,and it structurally reflects current status of Chinese social public's IP protection awareness.The analysis of the survey data concludes that:to solve existing problems in cur- rent Chinese social public's IP protection awareness the Chinese IP culture Construction should be strengthened,a sys- tematized guiding strategy should be carried out,and a multi-element platform for encouraging innovation should be established.
