Developing a cyclic economy is an important way to change the economic growth mode, realize sustainable development and build a harmonious society characterized by saving resources, friendly environment and fine economy. Currently, in order to develop a cyclic economy we should further improve cognition, unify ideas, deepen practices, expend experimental units and demonstrations. It also needs the independent innovation technological support and to establish relative evaluation index system and quicken the legislation process.
