Because of partly inflation in national economy from the latter half of 2003, the central bank of China has executed a series of monetary policy, and the other relevant agencies used other measures to cooperate. The paper analyzes the effect and limitation problems of the monetary policy during this period, and studies the special system background of monetary policy execution in China. At last we suggest that the smart view is needed for monetary policy execution nowadays in our country.
