This paper concluded the impact factors of effective supply about China's oil,coal,natural gas and other non -regeneration energy,and established a quota system to analyzing the combined effecting factors of effective supply for China's non-regeneration energy by using factor analysis.And then,after assessing the level of effective supply of Chi- na's non-regeneration energy,the paper emphasized two main issues about the effective supply of Non-regeneration energy for China,which is establishing of a market-oriented non-regeneration energy effective supply systems,attac- hing the importance to the technology advancement and ensuring the sustainability of non-regeneration energy produc- tion in an important position in China's energy strategy.
