The enterprises' innovations are affected by many internal ecological factors.A theory analytic model has been constructed in this paper and seven important factors have been selected which affect enterprises' innovation.They are entrepreneur innovative awareness,entrepreneur innovative capability,innovative fund investment,human resources gift,encouragement,culture and organization structure.The data obtained form enterprises have been analyzed by means of regressive analytic method.Thus seven ecological factors affecting enterprises' innovation have arranged in the order of their importance.The results indicate that entrepreneur innovative capability,organization structure and innova- tive fund investment are the key factors affecting enterprises' innovation.In addition,the paper has analyzed the reasons why other factors are eliminated.Finally in this paper key factors have been laid emphasis on and some aspects for atten- tion have been put forward so that enterprises' innovation will be improved.
