Management of Technology (MOT) is an emerging innovation model which has contributed very much in USA,Japan and other advanced countries to their competitive advantage improvements.The paper,based on analysis of MOT paradigm and experiences in advanced countries,puts forward some policy suggestions for promoting MOT in Chi- ua.
