The information of cadre review is the key foundation for cadres resources management.However,the infor- mation distortion which comes into being at every links of imparting-process and is not only influenced but also restrict- ed by different elements brings forward passive effect to the choosing,appoint and management of cadres.The article di- vides the imparting-process of the information into four stages,researching on the different forming mechanism of the unsymmetry information in each phase,and putting forward the corresponding solution measures.Based on analysis a- bove,the article finished with the two pieces of revelation to the topic.
