With the decrease of resource,the decline of traditional industries and the increase of competition,innovation has become the inevitable road of the revolution of resourceful city.Tangshan is a typical resourceful city lie in the east of China.Based on the investigation and analysis on the situation of Tangshan's resource and innovation capability,the paper designed the innovation strategy of the development of Tangshan.It includes constructing integrated innovation network,carrying on the transferring industries of other area,upgrading the competence of traditional industries,and based on Caofeidian harbor creating central commerce and logistics parks.
