As a brand - new resources sharing idea and open infrastructure environment, grid will affect all kinds of industries of national economy revolutionarily, especially logistics industry. Firstly, this paper theoretically studies the interaction of grid and logistics networks and the difference between logistics networks affected by grid and traditional logistics networks, and how grid plays an important role in the function of logistics networks. Then the paper analyzes the construction of network models under the condition of grid. Finally, based on these models, we reach a lot of useful conclusions.
