Objective and impartial evaluation of urban management efficiency has a great influence on city development.On the basis of analysis of management efficiency and economy type of city,this paper produces an index system of relative city management efficiency.Adjusting the index system of relative management efficiency according to different economy type of city,it equitably reflect city management efficiency that relative evaluation model of management efficiency of city by means of DEA method.Finally,a case is employed to test and verify feasibility of this method.
