Abstract:In Chinese enterprises, the property rights of autonomous knowledge and famous brands are few, the level of patent technology and value of brands is not high, the internationalization degree of patent and brand is low. The major factors that restrict the development of property rights of autonomous knowledge and famous brand in Chinese enterprises are history, institution, policy, society and internationalization. We must establish the inner institution for the enterprises to develop the property rights of autonomous knowledge and famous brands; carry out the policy and law to encourage and support the enterprises to develop them; uniform the income tax between Chinese enterprises and foreign capital enterprises, increase the contribute of autonomous brands to national income; create a social environment which is beneficial for the enterprises to develop the property rights of autonomous knowledge and famous brands.
