Knowledge transfer in Industry-University Collaboration is not only an important method to gain competitive advantages for the companies,but also a way for the research institutes of universities to make their knowledge resource valuable.The paper firstly discusses the factors that influence the knowledge transfer in industry-university collaboration,and then the theoretical model of knowledge transfer mechanism is analyzed.Finally,a case study of the implementation of project management mode in an Exploration & Design Enterprise and a research institute of a university is discussed.
