Innovation spirit is the core content of the regional economic culture and the key variable that influences the performance of economic development.The regional economic culture can give birth to different innovation models.Started from the analysis of culture's functions in the development of economy,this paper has expounded the connotation of regional economic culture,and has comparatively analyzed the characteristic of economic culture and the influence of regional economic culture upon innovation model between Silicone Valley and Wenzhou in China.Based on above research,we have probed into the mechanism of the regional economic culture on innovation,and then put forward countermeasures on the reformation of economic culture.
