Abstract:In this article,milk products are selected as an example,and analysis is made on the price influence of HACCP certification label using Hedonic Price Model on the base of the investigation of milk products from six supermarkets in Haidian district in Beijing.The final result shows that a commodity's price not only is affected by its characteristics,but also has positive relationship with the HACCP certification.Once a milk product has gained the HACCP certification,its price will increase 0.21RMB per liter,which is approximately 2.38% of its total price.Finally,it is suggested that consumers should be strengthened with the knowledge about the HACCP certification products; enterprises should be enforced to adopt the HACCP system and add new characteristics to milk products in order to improve the quality.
