This paper reviews hi -tech Olympics in philosophy of technology, and analyses humanities value from the Olympics itself, the elimination of the opposition between technology and humanities and the realization of three visions. It discusses three humanities dilemmas, points out the dilemmas root lies in the exceeding of the limitation of human subject and technological application, two unreasonable replacements of hi - tech Olympics value goal, the neglect of humanities concerns and the artificial separation of technology from humanities in the process of improving the technological Olympic.
