The basic purpose of this study is to identify the factors of influencing the performance of academic entrepreneur's company and the relationship between the factors and enterprise's performance of Academic Entrepreneur(AE).The author puts forward the "three-dimension model of AE personal traits,human capital,entrepreneurial environment with enterprise's performance".Afterward,it defines several great respects of the influencing factor.The empirical study examines /amends the theory model and finds out the theory basis for the countermeasures to promote the growth of academic entrepreneur.lly,the author discussed the suggestion of promoting AE's growth.
