This paper was conceived from the actual demand of enterprise informatization based on the existent theories and methods. On the basis of BSC theory, we used AHP to confirm the weight of variables which building the system of the performance evaluation in the informatization situation. At the end of this paper, we took the Harbin Boiler - making limited company as the example to validate this system.
