Through arduous exploration for more than 20 years,our country's soft science study organizations play a very important role in supporting democratic and scientific government decision-making,and have irreplaceable functions in government decision-making.At the same time,some factors impact the development of our country's soft science study organizations and there are also some problems.This paper focuses on the functions and dilemma of soft science study organizations in government decision-making,which is based on the full expatiation of soft science and soft science study organizations.Finally,some countermeasures on the development of our country's soft science study organizations and the promotion of democratic and scientific government decision-making are proposed.
