This paper summarizes the research progress and present application situation of intellectual property protection of digitized information resources that were used in inland and abroad.This paper puts forward the suggestions from six aspects,including operation mechanism authorization,market sales pattern,legislation,technological measures,moral reconstruction of network,and the globalization standard formulation,which could use for reference for intellectual property protection of digitized information resources.
