This article points out that the offshore service outsourcing pattern for transnational corporations in U.S. , Japan and E. U. is inverted T type, pyramid type and olive type respectively. These patterns are of the same development context and purpose, but have different basis, outsourcing type, management method and implemental consequence. Based on the comparative analysis, the article puts forward the pertinent measures of taking service outsourcing for Chinese government and enterprises.
