An integrated and efficient organizational management system of construction safety(OMSCS) is the basis of construction safety management,and it is the embodiment of safe development and sustainable development in construction industry.This paper systematically analyzes the problems of China's OMSCS,and uses the characteristics of OMSCS in some developed countries and regions for reference.Finally it brings up several proposals to build our system.For example,put construction safety and professional health management under the unified governmental supervision,establish construction workers' compensation insurance association,and consummate the safety agency system.
