Using a sample of 256 MBA students of Fudan University,this research carries on the data verification with the structural equation.The results suggest that some organizational learning methods have significant influences on management innovation performance: 1.Adjusting learning has significant negative effects on system innovation.2.Reflecting learning positively influences the idea innovation and structure innovation 3.Theoretical learning has significant positive effects on all kinds of management innovations.4.Practical learning only influences idea innovation and method innovation positively.
