This paper summarizes the differences between disruptive technology innovation and incremental technology innovation in terms of the characteristics of technology, product and market. According to the special character and the structure of network organization of disruptive technology innovation, it expatiates on the organizational capacities of the network organization upon the utilization of strategic capacities, functional capacities and project capacities. After pointing out that learning is an effective way to promote the capacities, the differences of the organizational learning between disruptive technology and incremental technology is explained.
