With the extension of economic globalization,a series of "technical barrier",including technical regulation,technical standards and eligible evaluation,becomes the crucial element to protect national and regional benefit.Information industry based with high technology,can not flee away such fate that the problem of standards and Intellectual Property Strategy, is becoming the key for the information industry to establish the international class standard.Combining with the Intellectual Property Policy analysis by standards development organizations(SDOs),this paper studies,with the contrastive means,the situation of developed country standards and Intellectual Property Policy.Moreover,this paper indicates some problems in the current information industry of China,and proposes some relevant methods and countermeasure,so as to resolve these problems.
