The spatialization of regional socio - economical assets data is very important for regional development plan, economic loss evaluation of natural disaster or large construction projections. The paper summarizes the research progress of the spatialization method about regional sco - economical assets data, and tries to overcome the problem in existing methods and found a perfect method. Based on the correlation between regional sco - economical assets data and regional land use, a spatialization method of sco - economic assets data is designed that the area of one kind of land use corresponding with one kind of sco - economic assets is regarded as weights to calculate the spatial density of sco - economic assets data in land use data by use of GIS software. Case study, spatilization of sco - economic assets data of Kaifeng, Henan province by use of the method, shows that the spatialization result can express the spatial characteristic of sco - economic assets and the convenient and efficient method is suitable for the research and practice of regional sco - economic problem.
