Effective management of technology(MoT) is the key factor for promoting enterprises' competitiveness.This paper,applying fitness landscape theory,analyzes MoT's fitness landscape of enterprise and its promotion strategy.In this paper,the concept of fitness of MoT is explained,and NK model for MoT is established.Then,the single and multisystem MoT's fitness landscape is illustrated and analyzed based on NK model.In the final part of this paper,some implications and suggestions for promoting fitness of MoT are put forward.
