The forming mechanism of enterprise's knowledge innovation network is discussed,and the connection mechanisms of enterprise's knowledge innovation network in American,Italy and Japan are analyzed.The existent problem of enterprise's knowledge innovation network in China is pointed out according to the related statistics data,interview and questionnaire,then the proposals about how to construct the enterprise's knowledge innovation network with the feature of China is given.
