Agent-Based intelligent resource sharing has played a vital role in people's daily study and lives.How to assist users to discover the knowledge rapidly and accurately in plentiful internet information resources has already became the research key of intelligence resources sharing system.This paper builds up the model of agent-based web knowledge discovering and discusses related methods.The agent technology and the data mining technology have been applied to the web knowledge discovering in the paper.Through discovering knowledge in the information resources,the model completes the transformation of information to knowledge by classifying and clustering,aiming to assist in completing the goal of intelligence resources sharing.
