According to the perspective of regional economics,study of human capital in the region with fast economic development should be made up of three parts:contribution degree to regional economy increase by human capital;spa- tial migration and floating situation of human capital;spatial structure of various factors forming human capital.Yangtze Delta is the engine of China's economic development,the present study helps us understanding the status quo of human capital in the region with fast economic development and the influence of human capital on regional economic development.
