The regional City Circular-Economy development is different from region to region in China.This paper in- troduces the basis of clustering with SPSS.An empirical analysis is made about regional City Circular-Economy devel- opment in China.The emphasis is laid on the process and result with the method of hierarchical cluster.To discuss the method to evaluate regional City Circular-Economy development helps to better understand the regional City Circular- Economy development in China.
