The paper analyses the four aspects that effect the development of research integrity,and reviews the practiceand experience of other countries in strengthening the scientific research honesty.It puts forward to insist on sciencecommunity self-discipline,strengthen the laws,statutes and policies,and build a good environment of scientific re-search honesty.
