    摘要:

    通过对我国20个曾经是绩优的上市企业成长经历及其成长模式的探索性研究发现,企业的不同成长模式对应着不同的复杂适应类型,即规模成长型企业着重于提高组织的动态适应机能,知识成长型企业着重于自组织和学习,结构制度成长型企业着重于非线性的正反馈机制和刺激企业组织内部多样化和创新的涌现。

    Abstract:

    Based on the ease study of 20 Chinese listed companies,which performed well in the last decades,the au- thors classify them into three different growth modes.The results of cluster analysis show that different growth modes of companies match with different types of complex adaptive characteristics.That is,the companies with expanding scale and improving efficiency have significant feature of dynamic adaptation,should perform more of their advantages of dy- namic adaptation capability;that with the growth of knowledge have significant feature of spontaneous transcendence, and that with growth of mechanism of self-organization and organizational learning competence promote the knowledge development of the companies;experiencing structure and system growth have significant feature of multiplicity emer- gence and have changeful organizational boundary,should give full play to the nonlinear positive feedback mechanism which drives the emergence of multiplicity and creativity.
