Abstract:This paper has established a model for MNC organization structure selection. The model is based on chance, integrative response and organization economics theories. On the assumption that governor of all the MNC determined organization structure based on self- fancy, the paper combined the structureg research conclusion of the three theories above with the structure optimization theories. The model has made knowledge resource to be a key influence factor of the MNC structure selection and considered it into the decision - making course, and analyzed action mechanism of this factor. On empirical study, this paper adopted multivariate regressive model to analyze 80 domestic companies with overseas operation sample data, the result proved that knowledge resources have remarkable effects on the MNC organization structure.
